Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we don't accept cancellations since all our products are freshly made on order and we don't believe in serving our clients with stocked chocolates & cookies.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do accept international shipping. You can place an order with the international address written in the order's 'request' box or directly write an email or call us and place your order, we will then inform you of the international shipping price for that specific address after which you can make the payment. Rest assured we will make sure your loved ones get to enjoy our products as soon as possible.
How long it takes to receive my order?
It usually takes us 24-48 hours to dispatch our products depending on the size of the order (usually when more than 6kgs). Once we dispatch it takes 1-6 working days to reach you depending on your location. Orders from Delhi, NCR & nearby cities can expect their orders to get delivered within 24 hours if ordered before noon, whereas it takes 3-4 days to reach other major north Indian cities and maximum around 5-6 working days for southern India.
What is your Refund Policy?
While we make sure the orders are well fulfilled and delivered perfectly to you, we only refund the money in two cases; 1. If your order never reached your city or 2. If your order is not the same as you ordered. We will just require some picture proofs to process your refund.
