London Almond Cookies — a whole roasted almond in clean-label dough, dipped in 60% vegan dark chocolate. Gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free and vegan. Just 26 calories and 1.2g net carbs per cookie, sweetened with whole date powder, and made with blanched almond flour, peanut butter and golden flaxseed for healthy fats and fiber.
Almond Cranberry Florentines — thin, crispy oat-based lace cookies with roasted almonds and tart cranberries, hand-dipped in bean-to-bar dark chocolate. Oat-based with zero maida for a fiber-rich, low-GI crunch, sweetened only with raw honey and coconut oil.
