Is Velour chocolate vegan?
Most of our range is vegan — see the Vegan collection. Our truffles and Nama contain dairy.

How should I store my chocolate?
A cool, dark cupboard (15–20°C), away from sunlight. Avoid the fridge except for Nama, which should be kept chilled.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
No — we accept UPI, cards and netbanking only.

Can I send a gift with no prices shown?
Yes — mark your order as a gift in the bag and we'll include a price-free invoice and a handwritten note, free of charge.
