Are all chocolates vegan?
- Yes, all except for truffles and nama. We do not manufacture vegan products in same utensils as other non-vegan products. So yes our vegan chocolates are 100% vegan.

Why velour chocolates are premium priced?
- Velour chocolates genuinely use the most premium ingredients in extremely hygenic environment. These facilities do make chocolates little premium priced. However we are still priced lower than our competitors.

What about return & refund?
- If chocolates are delivered in inedible conditions, please click images and videos with our team we will refund. no need to return. However we pay extra price for melt-free shipping so usually its not the case until its burning hot outside.
